Beary is independently owned and operated (the way all hostels should be).
We love teddy bears, friendly travelers and mixed dorm rooms.
And more importantly we believe that everyone should get out and experience hostel living at least three times in their lives.
Almost all the bears that are living in Beary Hostels have been with us for over two decades. If you have a homeless bear to spare, please send him/her to us.

About Beary
At a time when good hostels in Singapore are few and far between, a beary good hostel came along and became an immediate hit with travellers around the world. Many years on, Beary continues to receive streams of guests from true blue nomads and first time backpackers to the serial budget travellers who just can’t get enough of Singapore!
Our flagship hostel, Beary Best! was conceived with a simple intent
to merge backpackers practicality with hotel like comfort.
Carefully restored from an art deco heritage building, we had the opportunity to create the hostel from almost nothing to include a dedicated lounge/dining area, multiple female & unisex bathrooms, dorms of various sizes and even a little outdoor patio.
A little bus stop stands in front of the hostel and just across the street is the brand new Chinatown MRT station with connections to all key Singapore attractions – Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa Island, Orchard Road, Bugis, Esplanade and Suntec City!
